Mackenzie is a Rocky Mount native currently living in Nashville, NC with her husband, Zach and their dog, Dutton. She started at Whitener Capital as a Client Service Associate and, not long after, began studying for the Series 65 and earned her certification as a Registered Investment Advisor in 2023. Mackenzie is in the process of working towards her CFP® designation.

After completing her degree in Business Administration and Management (BSBA) from East Carolina University in 2020, Mackenzie made the decision to return back to her hometown. Since then, she has gained invaluable experience working in customer service, sales, and account management roles.

Her experience has provided a strong foundation for building lasting client relationships, driven by a passion for aligning thoughtful financial planning with intentional portfolio management. As a Registered Investment Advisor at Whitener Capital, Mackenzie works alongside our advisors and staff to help clients navigate their financial goals with confidence.
