REPORTING

Each account managed by Whitener Capital receives a Portfolio Appraisal quarterly showing all securities held at both cost and market values with estimated annual income and yield and the percent weighting of each security. Assets are grouped by type and market sectors.

Every account also receives a quarterly Performance Analysis that provides performance data by calendar quarter and year expressed in both dollar amounts and percentage change. It includes periodic performance figures for the account as well as several major indices for comparative purposes.

Our technology allows us to generate a number of other reports that may assist our customers and us in managing their assets.

FEES

Our fees are billed on a quarterly basis. They are determined by applying 1/4th of the following annual fee schedule to the average value of the assets held in the account at the end of each fiscal quarter. Fees are negotiable and are billed in arrears. Whitener Capital does not require a minimum account size or a minimum annual fee.

Annual Fee Schedule
